List Signals (deprecated alias of /v2/intel) GET

**Deprecated compatibility alias.** Signals were renamed to Intel. This route responds with the exact `GET /v2/intel` contract — same parameters, response shape, and errors — and adds `Deprecation` and `Link: successor-version` headers. Migrate to `/v2/intel`.

Momentum History GET

Returns hourly momentum history with cluster attribution breakdown. A multi-cluster source appears once under each cluster. Includes score history for a project over a specified time period. Default period is the last 7 days.
