Clusters
Overlapping account archetypes carrying a conversation
A cluster is an overlapping account archetype, such as Developer, Researcher, VC, or Trencher. Clusters show which kinds of participants are carrying a conversation.
How to read clusters
- Membership. One account can belong to several clusters, so the groups overlap.
- Reach. Activity across more clusters shows how broadly a story has traveled through different account archetypes.
- Stance. Accounts may support, question, or oppose a story while contributing to its activity.
Where they appear
- Chatter. On projects and topics, Chatter shows mention activity by cluster over time.
- Topic and project maps. The clusters page shows how live narratives and projects connect to different account archetypes.
- Intel. Cluster coverage shows which archetypes have picked up a development.
