Privacy Policy
Privacy policy and data handling
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how the AIXBT team ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the AIXBT platform (the "Platform") and related services — including our websites, the REST API, the MCP server, alerts, reports, email delivery, integrations, and interactions with our automated agent (aixbt_agent) on external platforms such as X and Telegram (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account and sign-in information: crypto wallet addresses and verified email addresses, authenticated through our third-party sign-in provider.
- Delivery and integration settings: destinations you connect for alerts and reports, such as an email address, Telegram or Discord account and channel identifiers, or webhook endpoints.
- Preferences and configuration: saved projects and topics, alert settings, and similar choices you make in the Services.
- Inputs and feedback: queries, prompts, and other content you submit where the Services accept input, and any feedback or support requests you send us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser or client type, operating system, and request metadata such as timestamps, endpoints, and user-agent strings, collected when you use the Platform, API, or MCP server.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and delivery and usage records for alerts, reports, and API access.
1.3 Public and On-Chain Information
- Social content: interactions with aixbt_agent on external platforms such as X and Telegram are public or governed by those platforms; we process public social content as part of operating the Services.
- On-chain data: wallet balances and related public blockchain data, used for example to verify Holder access.
1.4 Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive subscription and transaction status; we do not store full payment card details.
1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We keep tracking minimal. The Platform uses first-party cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, and preferences, and cookieless product analytics to measure aggregate usage and performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies and storage through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Services: authenticate you, apply plan entitlements and limits, generate responses, and deliver the alerts, reports, and emails you request.
- Improve and secure the Services: analytics, performance measurement, quality assurance, debugging and error tracking, and detection and prevention of fraud, abuse, and security risks.
- Communicate with you: service updates, security notices, and — where you subscribe — report and digest emails. Emails you subscribe to include unsubscribe controls.
- Comply with law: applicable laws, regulations, legal process, and enforceable governmental requests.
3. How We Share Information
- Service providers: we share information with vendors that perform tasks on our behalf — hosting and infrastructure, sign-in and wallet authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and error tracking. They may access information only to perform those tasks and are obligated not to use it for other purposes.
- Shared and public content: content you choose to share publicly through the Services (for example, a shared conversation link) is publicly visible and may remain so. Interactions on external platforms are governed by those platforms.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation or government request, or to protect and defend our rights, property, or safety and that of our users or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your information. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymize it.
6. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers and databases located outside of your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location. By using the Services, you consent to any such transfer.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed toward individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected personal information from a minor, contact us so we can take appropriate measures.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of it. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10; we will respond in accordance with applicable law. You can also unsubscribe from report and digest emails using the links they contain, and disconnect alert destinations or revoke authorized MCP applications in your account settings.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the AIXBT website, and your continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
10. Contact Information
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests related to this Privacy Policy, email support@aixbt.tech.
